Facility Screen

Improved the error messages shown when no Survey email contact is available for a facility.
 

Hazard Listing screen

- Improved the error messages shown when adding a Hazard without selecting a Facility.

- Fixed an issue where date updates for the Next Test Date on the Hazard screen were not advancing properly due to a sync issue.

Hazard Screen

- Improved the error messages shown when no Test email contact is available for a facility.

- Improved the error message shown when adding a new device on the Hazard screen without selecting a Facility.

- Fixed an issue where date updates for the Due Date in the Device section were not advancing properly due to a sync issue.

Invoice and Notice History screen

- Updated the Re-Process options on the Notice and Invoice screens: the Re-Process button now uses the latest information, while the Re-Process with Original Information button uses the original saved details.

Important: This flips the current behaviors of these two buttons and changes the name of the second button from Re-Process With Updated Information to Re-Process with Original Information.

This was done because the common action is processing with the latest information, and the less common action is processing with the original information.

For example: If the facility information like the facility name and contact was changed after a test was performed, the notice and invoice Re-Process buttons would display a notice and invoice with the new facility name and contact details. The Re-Process with Original Information button would display a notice and invoice with the facility name and contact as it existed at the time of the test.

Report

Added Facility State as a new option in the Devices Report.

Control Panel

- Introduced a release notes pop-up that appears the first time you log in after an update.

- Fixed the iDataCollect logo so it is now properly centered.

- Fixed an issue where date updates for the Due Date in the Control Panel were not advancing properly due to a sync issue.

Test Form

Alphabetized the Tested and Test Kit dropdown lists in the Test forms for easier selection.

Survey Form

 - Alphabetized the Surveyor lists in the Survey forms for easier selection.

- Added an Edit Survey button to the Survey form, making it easier to update completed survey information, and guaranteeing the data used to Complete the Survey, is the data saved.
