If you get the message "invalid username/password" error try the following steps:
- clear out and re-enter the user name
- clear out and re-enter the password
- click sync
If you still get the error message, verify the server address in iDataCollect configuration:
- close out of the app completely
- to ensure the app is no longer running double-click the home button, locate the iDataCollect app and swipe up to completely close the app
- navigate to the iOS settings:

- scroll down to iForm app
- check the server name
- server name should be: idatacollect.iformbuilder.com
- Try to sync again.
