Save vs. Done

When data collection is complete click the 'Done' button.

When a record is marked as done it is ready to be uploaded during the next sync.

If there is a need to stop in the middle of an inspection a record can be saved for future editing.

A saved record will not be uploaded during the sync process. 

Click 'Save' in the upper right corner of the form:

If a record has required fields within the form that are not complete and a user clicks 'Done' the app will not allow the record to be marked as complete, the record will be 'Saved' until complete. 

To complete the form, enter the required information and click 'Done' again.

Records will display with different icons for completed records and saved records
