Manual Sync

If Auto Sync and Sync on Start are off it is necessary to manually sync to upload completed records and download any new forms or form changes.

There are 2 ways to manually sync.

NOTE - the device must be connected to the internet to sync (Wi-Fi or Cellular)

Open the iDataCollect app:

Pull down from the top of the form menu, a message will appear to 'Pull down to sync', release to begin the sync process:

From the form menu click on the sync icon in the upper right corner:

A message will appear to confirm a successful sync:
