This article details how to add appointments to existing work in the Control Panel. Adding Appointment Date and/or Time for work in the Control Panel will allow anyone to view, sort, filter, and plan for upcoming appointments.
Note: Any Appointment Date and/or Time will be removed after the work is performed (just like the Assign and change workstate menu options).
Add an Appointment Date and/or Appointment Time
Control Panel
From the Control Panel, select the checkbox(s) for row(s) that need an Appointment Date and/or Appointment Time.
Select the "Work Action" drop-down menu from top left corner of the Control Panel.
From the drop-down menu select "Add Appointment".
From the pop-up window, choose a Date and/or Time and click "Save Appointment" once the date and time are correct.
- The Appointment Date and Appointment Time will be added to the grid. entry for the selected piece of work.
Note: See the directions below for adding additional columns like "Appointment Date" and "Appointment Time"
