Export Control Panel to Excel

This article summarizes how to export the Control Panel grid to an Excel file. When the Backflow software opens, it defaults to the Control Panel view. Any additional columns or added filtering and sorting will be applied to the Excel export.

Export Control Panel Grid

1. Verify in the Control Panel that all required columns are visible and ensure appropriate filters and sorting criteria have been applied where needed.

2. Select the Work Action menu from the top of the Control Panel 

   

3. From the drop-down select the "Export Grid" option. 

   

4. Once the "Export Grid" option has been clicked the software will immediately download the Excel file of the Control Panel to your device.
