Sometimes the Backflow Software does not render as expected on tablets. It can cause errors such as data gaps on the Control panel, missing radio buttons, or missing boxes for inputting data. The following steps are good practices to follow whether you have rendering issues or not. If you do have rendering issues, please do all the following steps.
Please note that the pictures in this document are for Safari on an iPad, but the concepts are the same for all tablets.

- Lock the tablet in Landscape mode
- Limit the other Applications running
