- Select Cross Con from the left navigation menu
- This will open the Facility Listing screen, select the “Add” button from the top left of the grid
On the blank facility screen, required fields that are missing data are automatically highlighted in red after clicking the “Save” button.
Once all fields are filled out, select the “Save” button from the bottom of the section.
A confirmation box will appear at the top of the screen to let you know your facility information has been saved.
If Surveyable is “Yes” and the Facility State is “Active”, survey work will be generated and available in the Control Panel.
Note: The Control Panel does not display a list of facilities. If a facility appears multiple times on this list, it indicates that the facility has more than one active piece of work.
- If there is no work created, the facility will still be accessible through the Facility Listing Screen.
Select the Cross Con from the left navigation menu.
The Cross Con will open to the Facility Listing Screen.
